All bookings over 2 hours must be guaranteed with a credit card. Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. When you book your appointment, I will need a credit card to hold your appointment. Your card is held in an encrypted secured file that I can't even access. The only way I can charge this card is in the event that you do not show up to your appointment, or in that event that I do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations. The following fees may be applied to your card:
Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges for Facials, waxing only, less than 24 hrs will result in the full amount of your service being charged. *Permanent Makeup Services, And Microneedling Services require 72 hrs notice to avoid cancellation fee. 48 hrs or less notice for Permanent Makeup services will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
Notification given less than 24 hour prior to appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the service booked and can be used at your next service.
Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.

ARRIVAL
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for you to check-in. I am located in Building C, behind Mario’s & Wing Stop, Caddie Corner to Italian Garden next.
WHY DO I COLLECT HEALTH INFORMATION?
Health information is collected for some services in order to promote a safe and healthy environment for my clients, to ensure continuity of information from one visit to the next, and to assist in customizing treatments to individual needs, particularly if there are medical issues or allergies which could have contraindications for certain products or services. Your health information can be updated annually or at your convenience. Please let me know if there are any new health concerns or allergies. Permanent Makeup Clients are required to complete an intake packet CA state regulations.
LATE ARRIVALS
Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment time to ensure that the next guest is not delayed. Please appreciate that I cannot adjust pricing for reduced service time due to late arrival. If you are running late, please call me to ensure that your appointment isn't cancelled and you aren't considered a no show. After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled with applicable charges.
CELL PHONES
Please turn your cell phones off or set on silent during your time at the studio in consideration of others and enjoy your "me time".
SANITATION AND STERILIZATION
Sanitation is a priority at Beauty by Christy. I use hospital grade sterilizer and virucides to thoroughly disinfect and clean all of my tools and equipment. If an item cannot be thoroughly sterilized it is thrown away after use/disposed of properly. I use nitrile gloves during all services as applicable. Please inform me if you have an allergy to latex.
CHILDREN IN THE STUDIO
Due to the potentially hazardous chemicals, equipment that is hot to the touch, and expensive equipment in the studio, please make other arrangements for your children on appointment days. I reserve the right to cancel your appointment and charge you for the booking - NO Exceptions! This is a Spa, and I will not be held accountable for injury or accidents to, or caused by, unsupervised children.
METHOD OF PAYMENT AND GRATUITY
I accept Cash, Check and Credit Cards. Prices are subject to applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change. Treatment times are approximate. My services are priced so that you as a client can afford to continue with your skincare, so therefore additional Gratuities are not included in the service price, but are appreciated and accepted! Now Excepting VENMO payments!!!
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
In-Store Credit or Exchange with receipt within 7 days of purchase. All gift cards are non-refundable, and non-transferable. Sale items are final sale. No refunds on Services, Packages or Memberships. Opened or partially used products can-not be returned.
VALUABLES
You may be asked to remove jewelry for some treatments. However, we do not assume liability for lost personal items. I supply a bowl for your personal belongings, but prefer that you put them in a pocket, wallet, or purse.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift Certificates are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash. All gift certificates and must be mentioned prior to making your appointment. Additionally, gift certificates must be presented at your appointment. Multiple gift certificates may not be combined towards a single service or product purchase. Gift Certificates can only be used on full-priced services. Dollar amount gift certificates do not include taxes or gratuity.
SPA PROMOTIONS
Spa specials can not be used or combined with any other offer.
